The switch has two QSFP stacking ports; cables are sold separately so you can choose the appropriate length for your rack layout.
What MS License do I need?
Each switch requires an MS Enterprise or MS Advanced license (1, 3, 5 or 10-year term). The license unlocks cloud management, 24 × 7 enterprise support and future feature updates.
Can I mix MS250 and MS225 in the same stack?
No. All members of a physical stack must be from the same switch family. You can, however, manage different models within the same Meraki Dashboard network.
Is there fan noise in an open-plan office?
The MS250-24P uses adaptive fans. Under typical office loads it remains quiet, but it will ramp up under high PoE demand or ambient temperature.
