Can I get a written Quote automatically?  

We have made it easy for our customers to generate their own quote online. Simply add the items you require to the Cart, then view the Cart.  Underneath the "Checkout" button is a link to "Print Cart as Quote". This will generate a nicely formatted quote for you. If you require a formal quotation and best pricing for a large order, then please contact us with your requirements via our Contact form.

The Managing Director of Cloudifi Pty Ltd is Andrew Wilmot and he will be happy to speak with you should you require our direct assistance.

Andrew has worked with Cisco technologies for over 20 years in technical and business development roles and is now focussed on growing our Meraki business.

We are Meraki certified, and have several network engineers on our team.  


Where does Cloudifi do business?

Given the procurement model of Meraki whereby products are shipped directly from the USA to the customer, we are able to supply to all states in Australia very easily.

We have customers across Australia and we can configure a network remotely as Meraki is 100% Cloud Managed - it is not necessary to send expert technical people to the site in most cases!


We embrace the Cloud not only with Meraki's technologies but in our own business model operating virtually throughout Australia.


Where does Cisco Meraki product ship from?

Cisco Meraki product ships directly from the USA into Australia at the present time.

This is so that Cisco Meraki can manage the unique Cloud Managed Licensing Model, where each individual product is specifically licensed to an end user customer.


Why must I buy a licence with my hardware product?

Cisco Meraki's Cloud Managed Licensing model means that the customer must licence the use of the Cloud Dashboard, through which the products are managed.

The licence subscription includes all the software updates for the hardware for the term of the licence. 

It also includes access to Cisco Meraki's technical support desk and an advanced replacement hardware warranty for the devices for the term of the licence.


I can't find the Meraki product I want on your site  - do you sell the whole range?

Yes, we sell all of Meraki's products, if there is something that you need and its not on our site, please contact us for a quote.


What is the Shipping time for an order?

Typically an order will be processed by Cisco Meraki within 2 days of receipt and transit time to Australia is approximately 5 business days.

You should have your order on your doorstep within 7-10 days unless there is a stock shortage. 


What do I do if I have a DOA, Warranty or Support issue?

Cisco Meraki look after their own warranty returns and support. Call +61 2 8520 3052 for their support centre or you can log a case online here: Meraki RMA request

Log a call quoting the serial number of the unit and they will organise an advance replacement product to be shipped to you via Priority UPS within 1 business day.

If you are in desperate need of a product to replace a failed unit we may have a demo product we can loan you whilst your advance replacement arrives.

What is your returns Policy?

Goods can be returned for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the products for any reason.  All returns must meet the following criteria:

  1. You purchased the product through Cloudifi/
  2. You are the original purchaser of the product
  3. You submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
  4. The product is in new condition, including all accessories in the original packaging

To request a refund, please complete Meraki's RMA form here and also email us at notifying us of your RMA lodgement.

Please ship the goods back to Cisco Meraki directly, at your own cost.

Your refund will be issued by us once the goods are received and the RMA is approved by Meraki.

You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped from Meraki (up to 48 hours after order placement in most circumstances) by simply emailing or calling and notifying us that you wish to cancel the order.
